Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I urgently ask you to contribute to working for humane working conditions in your canteens.
I can not accept how those workers, who prepare food there, are treated behind the scenes. Nor, how EUREST’s management try to undermine their shop stewards, who have always stood up for the rights of canteen workers.

The working conditions for the canteen staff at the John Andrews Ford Development Center in Cologne are outrageous in my opinion.

I support the demands oft the Kitchen Committee Cologne.
The Ford Motor Company should:

-Dissolve all contracts with COMPASS GROUP Plc. immediately.
-Run all canteens itself again.
-Take on all canteen workers on regular contracts.
-Put an end to subminimum and starvation wage jobs.
-Put an end to the abusive actions against workers and shop stewards.
